Wildfire 3.0 Materials

Did you know that in Wildfire 3.0, Mechanica at last uses the Pro/Engineer materials database, rather than a separate one. You can set up and assign materials from within Pro/Engineer or from within Mechnica. However, if you have an existing Pro/Engineer materials database in your company, beware. If it does not have an E-value and a Poissons Ratio (& thermal properties if necessary) assigned to those materials (and it probably doesn't, because they are not necessary for Pro/E), then your run will crash with a very unhelpful message. So when you upgrade to Wildfire 3.0, make sure you check you materials database
